The new residential code energy chapter has been published in the Indiana Register: this is an entire chapter amendment except that the performance option adopts and amends the 2009 IECC Chapter 4; IECC Chapter 4 is not published as part of this rule so users will need a copy of that chapter to use the performance option. The effective date of the rule is April 5, 2012.
