Full Registration:
Member*: $450
Day Registration: Member* - Monday and/or Thursday: $100/day Member* - Tuesday and/or Wednesday: $200/day
Non-member - Monday and/or Thursday: $150/day Non-member - Tuesday and/or Wednesday: $250/day
* Member includes Active, Professional and Honorary
Full Registration: includes breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday; and dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Day Registration: includes any meals provided on the days referenced in the Full Registration description.
Meal Package: a meal package will be available for spouses/guests; the price will be available at a later date.
Hotel: Registrants must make their own hotel reservations by April 3. The hotel rate is $89 plus taxes per night. Reservations can be made online by clicking here or by calling 1-866-766-2671 and using Group Code S04IABO. Please note a $10 fee is applied to reservations made through the call center.
Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.
Please register no later than two weeks prior to class date. Registrations received after Monday, March 28th will not be guaranteed class materials at the time of class.
Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Monday, March 28 to avoid penalty. All late cancellations and no shows will be billed $50. Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received. It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification. Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
