John Caywood
John Caywood is the Building Commissioner of Allen County.  For the past two years, Allen County has experienced tremendous growth with over one billion in permit values.  This department covered all salaries and expenses while returning over book to the general fund.  John has taught those methods across the midwest for the University of Wisconsin in the past.

Dave Humphrey
Dave Humphrey is a master electrician and electrical instructor/trainer.  Dave Humphrey teaches the electric course for the Muncie Community Schools Career Center and is an adjunct instructor for Ivy Tech Community College. In this role, Dave Humphrey provides excellent electrical and NEC instruction.

Dave Humphrey is a third generation master electrician and holds a degree from Purdue University.

Dave Humphrey is no stranger to the industrial electric side, having spent 30 years as a journeymen electrician at General Motors.

Dave Humphrey has more than 40 years of electrical experience in the field.  Dave Humphrey is certified in Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography and Electric Motor Diagnostics.

Colin Miller
Mr. Miller is a Senior Certified Residential and Commercial Tyvek Specialist, and has been with Monsma Marketing for the past 4-years.  Mr Miller works with Architects, contractors, code officials, and installers to educate them on industry standards, and to ensure that projects are installed per the manufacturer's recommendation.

Philip Mondro
Mr. Mondro is a Sales Engineer for Fluke Corporate since 2017.  He has previously worked in Distribution B2B for Grainger for 10 years, as a previous builder license holder, and as a dozer & backhoe operator.  Mr Mondro has also been a guest speaker at Ferris State University, Lansing Community College, Safety Conference REM supporter for Purdue.

Dave Pritchett
Dave Pritchett is a Territory Manager with Weyerhaeuser, and is responsible for the specifications, promotion and sale of Weyerhaeuser's Trus Joist engineering wood products in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Missouri.  Mr. Pritchett has more than 30 years experience in the design, specification, marketing and selling of floor, roof and wall systems using engineered wood products.  He is a consultative seller, and is a trusted advisor for lumber distribution and dealer customers, as well as for builders, engineers, architects and code officials.

Leslie Stallons
Leslie Stallons received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in May of 2012 and began working at MiTek shortly thereafter. She has been working as a Truss Design Engineer with MiTek for a total of 7 years now and plans to continue and grow her career with MiTek. She received her engineering intern license prior to graduating from SIUE and is currently working towards getting her Professional Engineering license.

Terrell Stripling
Terrell is a seasoned instructor with 20 years of fire service experience and has also worked in the construction industry.  He holds a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University in Fire Protection Engineering and Technology.

His experience in fire prevention, code management and the ability to effectively communicate a pro-active philosophy is reflected in Terrell's passion for education.  At the college level, he has served in the positions of Department Chair and adjunct professor in the Fire Science Department.  He utilizes the theory of the code along with hands-on practical application to achieve ICC's vision of "Protecting the health,k safety, and welfare of people creating better buildings and safer communities."

David Thomas
David Thomas is the Architectural Sales Manager for LP Building Solutions, Midwest Regional.  Mr. Thomas has 25 years building material sales experience, and is well-versed in Technical Sales, Architectural Sales, and Contractor Sales.  Additionally, he is Building Material Sales, CSI-CDT Certified and holds an MBA from Loyola University - Finance and Integrative Marketing.

Dale Thomure
Mr. Thomure is a Manager of Community Hazard Mitigation with ISO.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the implementation of the Building Code Effectiveness Grading Schedule (BCEGS) at the national level.  At ISO, Mr. Thomure is a recognized subject matter expert in the field of building code enforcement and community hazard mitigation and speaks on related topics across the nation.  Prior to his tenure at ISO, he worked for 20 years as a Community Development Director and as a Building Code Official in municipal governments.  Mr. Thomure holds a degree in construction management and is designated by ICC as a Certified Building Official.

Douglas W. Thornburg, AIA, CBO
Douglas W Thornburg is currently Vice-President and Technical Director of Products and Services for the International Code Council (ICC) where he provides administrative and technical leadership for the ICC product development activities.  Prior  to employment with ICC in 2004, he was in private practice as a code consultant and educator on building codes for 9 years.  Doug also spent 10 years with the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) where he served as Vice-President/Education.

In his current role, Doug also continues to create and present building code seminars nationally and has developed numerous educational texts and resource materials.  He was presented with ICC's inaugural Educator of the Year Award in 2008, recognizing his outstanding contributions in education and training.

A graduate of Kansas State University and a registered architect, Doug has over 35 years of experience in building code training and administration.  He has authored a variety of code-related support publications, including the IBC Illustrated Handbook and the Significant Changes to the International Building Code.

Doug Zachary
After completing a BS in Construction Engineering Technology, Mr. Zachary spent eleven years in the framework of subcontracting, becoming proficient in CAD, project management, architectural presentations, sales management and building code consulting.  His portfolio includes innovative solutions drawing on both product and code-based expertise.  Mr. Zachary's passion for the model building codes enables him to guide design teams through the process of early project scope planning, building code analysis and product selection.  He enjoys a leadership role whether assessing markets, developing solid business plans, or serving on model building code committees as an industry consultant.
